Excelsior Correspondent PAMPORE, Oct 26: In a major step towards enhancing transparency and efficiency in Public Distribution System, the Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) today rolled out first-ever digital weighbridge in Jammu and Kashmir at Food Storage Depot (FSD), Lethpora here.
