Tatas bet big on iPhone, infuse Rs 1,500 crore more in electronics business

The Tatas have injected another ₹1,500 crore into Tata Electronics. This brings the total investment to ₹4,500 crore over the past year. The funding supports expansion for iPhone manufacturing and significant semiconductor projects. Tata Electronics is set to build fabrication and assembly units in Gujarat and Assam.
