TCS layoff a business call, doesn't warrant state intervention: Karnataka IT minister

Tata Consultancy Services's layoff announcement was a business decision, not one that needs state intervention, said Karnataka IT minister Priyank Kharge, in response to a query related to the state law minister's views. He said Karnataka was geared to take on rival states in the ongoing GCC boom.
