Three-day interstate cultural event by Delphic Council in Srinagar from Oct 14

Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Oct 5: Delphic Council of Jammu and Kashmir is going to organize a three-day interstate cultural festival in Srinagar from October 14 to 16.
