Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Jan 2: Government of Jammu and Kashmir has constituted a Union Territory Level Steering Committee on Pulses (UT-SCP) and District Steering Committees on Pulses (DSCPs) to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the Mission for Aatmanirbharta in Pulses across the Union Territory.
