Venugopal asks Kerala leaders to refrain from seeking ticket in public

Congress general secretary K C Venugopal on Sunday asked party leaders to refrain from publicly declaring their candidature for the upcoming Kerala Assembly elections, saying such decisions should be left to the party leadership.
