VIP Clothing Limited has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting on June 11, 2026, to approve the issuance of 2,12,00,000 warrants on a preferential basis to promoters and non-promoters. The issue, priced at ₹22.50 per warrant including a premium of ₹20.50, aims to raise ₹47,70,00,000. Proceeds will be utilized for working capital requirements (₹38.16 crore) and general corporate purposes (₹9.54 crore). Remote e-voting is open from June 8 to June 10, 2026.
