It is in a state of constant flux, shaped by rapid AI adoption, shifting geopolitics, and increasingly complex operating models. According to McKinsey, 64% of executives stat that AI is already enabling innovation (The State of AI: Global Survey 2025, McKinsey), while Deloitte reports that AI-driven decision-making is now influencing core management processes, not just technology functions. Gartner goes a step further, predicting that most management decisions in large enterprises will soon be augmented by AI systems (The State of AI in the Enterprise - 2026 AI report, Deloitte US).
