WTO talks run overtime as Brazil, US clash on ecomm moratorium

World Trade Organization talks in Cameroon extended beyond deadlines. Negotiators from the US and Brazil debated agriculture and electronic transmission tariffs. India prevented a China-backed investment agreement from joining the WTO. This pact will now be negotiated separately.
