Zupee lays off 200 in second round of job cuts after real money gaming ban

Online gaming startup Zupee has cut about 200 jobs in a fresh round of layoffs after India’s ban on real money gaming. The move follows earlier job cuts and leaves its workforce at roughly 350. The company is shifting focus to free-to-play games, esports and short-form drama content.
